    Respect Policy

    We do not tolerate disrespect, rudeness or aggressive behavior toward our team. ND trainers are professionals providing a specialized service, not servants or subordinates. We reserve the right to discontinue services with no refund for any client who fails to uphold basic standards of courtesy and professionalism. This brand was built on elegance, mutual respect, and a love for dogs and people. ND reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes disrespect, rudeness or aggression.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    To honor everyone’s time, ND requires a minimum of a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellation may result in a $25 service fee. All services, sessions, and custom items are non-refundable. If an issue arises, we’re happy to discuss alternative resolutions or adjustments as a courtesy, at our discretion. While ND may occasionally offer alternative resolutions as a courtesy, this does not imply entitlement to refunds or future accommodations.

    Photo & Media Policy

    We love celebrating our clients! By booking any service with ND, you automatically agree that photos/videos taken during sessions may be used for training, documenting, and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients must submit any photos/media opt-out request in writing at least 24 hours before their session.

    Safety Policy

    While we accept dogs with behavioral challenges, ND reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for dogs exhibiting behavior that poses a safety threat to any person or animal, at our sole discretion. Both humans and dogs are required to be of good health during sessions to ensure the safety of everyone. If you are experiencing flu, cold, fever or any illness-like symptom(s) that may affect the safety of ND Staff or session, please let your trainer know prior to the session. Any details regarding your address, zip code, name, and birthday will be stored and used to personalize your experience with ND. Your personal information will not be shared with other parties without your consent. Your information will be stored securely.

    Post-Session Preparation Policy

    Clients must arrive on time and with their dogs leashed, wearing the proper gear (collar, harness, etc.) Clients are responsible for bringing their own dog waste bags and cleaning up after their canines. Sessions that start late due to unpreparedness may be shortened out of respect for the next client. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. If a client forgets a leash, ND will provide a leash for a $10 fee, due immediately at the time of service.

    Informed Consent and Liability Waiver

    By booking with ND, clients acknowledge that while our training methods are designed to be effective, individual results may vary based on dog’s temperament, history, and home environment. Training is a collaborative process that requires consistency, patience, and owner participation both inside and outside of sessions. Clients agree to not hold ND responsible for any injury, damage, or loss occurring on or off premises as part of participation in training services.
