Clients enrolling in ND Canine Academy programs from outside the United States acknowledge and agree that all terms, conditions, and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Texas, United States. International clients are responsible for any increased shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their country of residence.

Clients must arrive/be ready on time and with their dogs leashed. Clients are responsible for bringing their own dog waste bags and cleaning up after their canines. If you are late, ND offers a 15-minute grace period before automatic session cancelation. Sessions that start late may be shortened out of respect for the next client. If a client forgets or breaks their leash, ND will provide a leash for a $10 fee, due immediately at the time of service.

We do not tolerate disrespect, rudeness or aggressive behavior toward our team. ND trainers are professionals providing a specialized service, not servants or subordinates. We reserve the right to discontinue services with no refund for any client who fails to uphold basic standards of courtesy and professionalism. This brand was built on elegance, mutual respect, and a love for dogs and people. ND reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes disrespect, rudeness or aggression.

We love celebrating our clients! By booking any service with ND, you automatically agree that photos/videos taken during sessions may be used for training, documenting, and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing. Clients must submit any photos/media opt-out request in writing at least 24 hours before their session.

While we accept dogs with behavioral challenges, ND reserves the right to cancel sessions for dogs exhibiting behavior that poses a health or safety emergency to any person or animal, at our sole discretion. Both humans and dogs are required to be of good health during sessions to ensure the safety of everyone. If you are experiencing flu, cold, fever or any illness-like symptom(s) that may affect the safety of ND Staff or session, please let your trainer know prior to the session. Any details regarding your address, zip code, name, and birthday will be stored and used to personalize your experience with ND. Your personal information will not be shared with other parties without your consent. Your information will be stored securely.

ND Canine Academy accepts cash and invoice payments through Squarespace. Guest, Member, and VIP Enrollment Packs are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless canceled. Classes, services, and ND Fashion items are billed separately, with member discounts and bundle options available. Enrollment fees are non-refundable, and international clients are responsible for any currency conversion or additional charges. Packs expire at the end of the billing cycle, and Members or VIPs who do not renew will be downgraded to Guest, temporarily losing exclusive benefits. Clients are encouraged to renew before expiration to maintain uninterrupted access.

To honor everyone’s time, ND requires a minimum of a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellation may result in a $25 service fee. All services, sessions, and custom items are non-refundable. If an issue arises, we’re happy to discuss alternative resolutions or adjustments as a courtesy, at our discretion. While ND may occasionally offer alternative resolutions as a courtesy, this does not imply entitlement to refunds or future accommodations.

ND Canine Couture offers handmade pieces that are carefully tailored to your dog’s specific measurements you provide for a perfect fit. Shipping and delivery times may vary, and custom orders may require additional processing time. All ND Canine Couture items are for personal use only and are not intended for resale. Any attempt to resell or distribute ND Canine Couture products will be considered a violation of our policies and may result in the expulsion of enrollment or termination of membership. Since some items are custom-made to the measurements clients provide, clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Mistakes may result in delays or items not fitting correctly. Handcrafted ND Canine Couture items include care instructions specific to the materials used. Proper care is required to maintain quality and fit.

By booking with ND, clients acknowledge that while our training methods are designed to be effective, individual results may vary based on dog’s temperament, history, and home environment. Training is a collaborative process that requires consistency, patience, and owner participation both inside and outside of sessions. Clients agree to not hold ND responsible for any injury, damage, or loss occurring on or off premises as part of participation in training services.

All membership classes are valid for the month in which they are scheduled. Classes not used within the month will expire unless prior arrangements are made with ND Canine Academy. We understand that life happens, so exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis with prior communication.

Please do NOT share your Virtual Canine Suite Account password with anyone for your privacy. Only individuals listed as the dog’s parent in the virtual suite account have access to the account and associated perks. Partners, spouses, roommates, or friends must be added as authorized users to gain access. Visitors may attend sessions only with prior authorization/acknowledgment from their trainer, and may not bring additional dogs unless specifically approved by ND Canine Academy for special purposes. All visitors must comply with ND Canine Academy policies while attending sessions or accessing services.

ND Canine Academy maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times. Romantic or inappropriate advances toward staff or the founder are strictly prohibited. Clients will receive one warning for a first violation; any subsequent violation may result in immediate expulsion from the program or services. This policy ensures the safety, comfort, and integrity of the Academy for all dogs and clients.

Certain features and amenities are only available during in-person sessions at ND Canine Academy. These include personalized rewards such as dog treats or toys, photo shoots and fitting sessions, guest mini gifts, and training guide folders for guests. By enrolling, clients understand and agree that these exclusive offerings cannot be accessed virtually and are part of the Academy’s personalized, luxury experience.
