  • We respond during our public business hours, 12–7 pm CT. Inquiries sent after 5 pm receive a reply the next business day.

  • Here are the factors we evaluate:

    Trainer Availability

    We only accept clients when a trainer with the right expertise has space in their schedule. If our team is fully booked, we may not be able to move forward at this time.

    Location & Session Type

    Some programs require in‑person sessions. If you live in an area where we do not currently have a trainer available for in person work, we may not be able to accept your application.

    Dog Suitability for the Program

    Certain programs such as service dog training, have specific requirements. We may decline applications if:

    • the dog is outside the appropriate age range for service work

    • the dog’s temperament or behavior does not meet program criteria

    • the dog’s needs fall outside our scope of practice

    Communication & Professionalism

    We maintain a respectful, safe environment for clients and staff. Applications may be declined if communication is disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate per our policy.

    Program Alignment

    If your goals or expectations do not match what our programs are designed to provide, we may recommend alternative options instead of moving forward.

  • Once your application is accepted, we contact you as soon as possible to schedule your evaluation. During this call, we learn more about your goals, explore which packs and amenities best fit your needs and desires, and begin preparing your personalized training experience.

    Behind the scenes, we start designing your Virtual Canine Suite, customizing the look and layout of your account, building your training plans, and preparing any in‑person essentials. For our Members, VIPs and clients who require in‑person sessions, we begin selecting and shipping treats, toys, and training tools. Every welcome box is handpicked to match your dog’s interests and personality. Every detail is curated with intention, and the preparation takes hours outside of training sessions to ensure your experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and uniquely yours.
